YISC Stallion Service
YISC (Youth Incentive Sires Classic) Stallion Service Sale is a fundraising activity run by the PHAA for the Youth Team to help cover costs associated with travelling overseas.
This Service Sale will not be running for the 2016 Breeding Season, but stay tuned for a fresh new look in 2017.
As always we thank our generous members who donate their Stallions Services for Auction to help raise funds for our Youth by allowing mare owners to purchase a service at half advertised price.
Bidding on the Donated Services
Stallion services will be sold at HALF the advertised service fee.
Bidding opens at 9.00am on Thursday 6th August, 2015. No bids will be accepted if received prior to 9.00am on the first day of sale. Bids will be accepted by mail, email, fax or by attending the PHAA office. Bids will be accepted each day until 4.30 pm. If multiple bids are received for a stallion service on the same day, all those bids will go into a draw to select the successful bidder.
The sale will close at 4.30 pm on the last working day of October 2015.
Bidders are required to 'pre-register' their intent to bid on any of the stallions by completing a 'Bidding Intent' form which can be downloaded from this site. You will need to complete and send this form to the PHAA office prior to registering a bid on any stallion.

Services sold are to be used in the same breeding year.
Winning purchasers will be notified by phone. All fees are to be paid to the PHAA within seven (7) days of notification and before the winning bidders contact the stallion owner.
It will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to make all the necessary arrangements with the Stallion owner concerning the breeding of the mare. The winning bidder will be responsible for making all arrangements with the stallion owner(s) regarding payments of any and all costs associated with the service, e.g. agistment, veterinary treatment, feeds, farrier, transportation, medications and drenches etc.
