Immediate Changes to Rule 238 PHAA NATIONAL FUTURITIES
(b) Foal/Yearling progeny of Paint Bred Horses are eligible if they have at least one PHAA Regular Registered or parent that is certified as carrying any paint specific gene (including but not limited to OLWS, Tobiano, Splashed white 1,2,3, sabino).
PHAA National Futurities will always be held in conjunction with the PHAA National Show.
Yearling futurity - Open to all yearlings as per futurity guidelines
